This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of COVID-19 antigen in human throat swabs and nasal swab.<\/p>\n

Coronavirus\u00a0(CoV) is belongs to the Nestovirus, Coronaviridae, and is divided into three genera: \u03b1, \u03b2, and \u03b3. Genera \u03b1, \u03b2 are only pathogenic to mammals, genera \u03b3 mainly cause bird infection. CoV is mainly transmitted through direct contact with secretions or through aerosols and droplets. There is also evidence that it can be transmitted through the fecal-oral route.<\/p>\n

There are 7 types of human coronavirus (HCoV) that cause human respiratory disease: HCoV-229E, HCoV-OC43,\u00a0SARS-CoV,\u00a0HCoV-NL63,\u00a0HCoV-HKU1,\u00a0MERS-CoV\u00a0and 2019-nCoV, which are the important\u00a0pathogens of human respiratory infections.<\/p>\n
